About three days ago i notist my sperm was brown, and when i pee it stings a littel not bad but just a littel.

U might be suffering from urethritis. I suggest u get a urine test done to see for RBC. Did u suffer from trauma recently? Abstain from sex and masterbation for a while. Meet a urologist for more help
