Why Is My Periods Late By Two Months After Having Unprotected Sex ?
i am 21 years old.me and my partner had an unprotected sex but he did not ejaculate into my vagina.now my period is late about 2months.i have thyroid.am i pregnant?
You need to understand that even the mild secretion at the tip of the penis which appears when the male is sexually excited WITHOUT ejaculation is also rich in sperm, called Pre-ejaculate. If you want to prevent pregnancy, better to use condom or go on the contraceptive pills under medical advise and supervision. There could be a number of reasons for your missed periods. Go one step at a time. Firstly do a Urine pregnancy test. If negative, consult a Gynaecologist who will examine you and rule out hormonal problems and PCOS which can also cause the similar picture. If you have Hypothyroidism it could be associated with high Prolactin levels which can also cause delayed menses. Get your Thyroid levels checked as well and get proper dosing of the Thyroid medication as well.
