Why Is My One Testicle Larger Than The Other One?

Dear sir , im 31 years old n married I had hydrocele operations 2 times before on the same testicle 1st was 14 years ago the 2nd was around 9 years ago, still my left testicle is bigger than my right and unusual ..its been 4 years since i married don t have kids...what should i do ? rgds Rayees Ahmed

Hello Rayees, Aslaam Malaikkum and welcome to HCM.
After repeated hydrocele surgery, some degree of swelling is usually seen on that side.You don't have to worry about it, unless it's painful.As it's 4 years since you are trying for a child, you should get a semen analysis done, after avoiding sex for atleast 2 days, prior to testing.The Urologist or an Andrologist will examine you and advise hormonal tests like FSH, LH, PRL,Testosterone, blood routine, blood sugar, and an Ultrasound scan of the scrotum with doppler. It's also best to have your wife see a gynecologist.
