Why Is My Head Pulsing When I Sneeze And Cough?

i am 28 years old 5 3 about 230 i dont really have any serious medical history..for the past 4 days and nights i been having a really bad head its like a pulseing on both sides adn in front expectly when i cough or snezze the pulse gos faster adn harder and its also ni my neck i been having trouble sleeping and having an unset belly and i just plaining dont feel right..a bit light headed at times my mouth and feels dry and i dont have a cold or a flu..when the pulsing is hard a strong i feel dizzy can you please tell me what this could be..
