Why Is My HCG Result Low At 161?

Hi, I am 4 weeks pregnant. I got my Beta HCG result and it was low at 161. Today in the morning I had severe abdominal pains and bleeding. I went to the doctor for a checkup. My Ultera Sound Results showed that it was fine, however there were more fluids in the body. My doctor prescribed Folic Acid and IVFC 5000 injection, and told me to repeat the HCG on Thursday and get my UlteraSound done again on Saturday.. Someone help me because I am extremely worried.

Hi,
Beta HCG >10 indicates that u r pregnant. In 48 hrs the beta HCG value should double in a healthy pregnancy. For a gestational sac to appear in TVS B HCG value should be greater than 1500. Appearance of a Fetal pole and cardiac activity shows it a healthy pregnancy.
