Why Is My 9 Month Old Not Having Food Properly?

9 month old son has had 2 days of high fevers, and he ate and drank very well those two days. Now the fever is down to 101 and he refuses to eat, he is more fussy than he was with the fever and only drinks a little milk/water. Is this cause for concern
