i am 34 years old , last night i had dinner at 8pm , checked my sugar random at 11pm after 3 hours and it was 99 , then without eating or drinking anything i went to sleep woke up at 7am and checked fasting after almost 11 hours and it was 110.

Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir
i can understand your concern.
in my opinion your condition is called as impaired fasting glucose(fasting blood sugar >100 mg/dl),some doctors prefer to call it as prediabetes also.
During very early stage of pre diabetes,After taking food the signal from our stomach will reach pancreas in a delayed time.usually in a healthy individual the release of insulin and glucose absorption will be synchronized.
Due to loss of this synchronization and delayed release of insulin the sugar will drop more than expected.
To this mechanism insulin resistance also will contribute a little. This mechanism is called as Reactive hypoglycemia.
Honestly, I don't diagnose you with this condition; but it's definitely worth evaluation in these lines since there are many matching symptoms. Please discuss with your treating doctor.
i suggest you consider doing exercise and your bmi need to be below 25.
regards
