Thank you for using our service. I have read your question with care and I will answer with my medical advice. The process is always going to take a little bit of time sometimes 10-12 days after its passed. Most organism do not produce natural abortion. Therefore, wait one more week to see if the dead baby has been ejected. If not then it's best to visit your OBGYN so that you will avoid problems in the future. I hope my advice was helpful. Thank You. -Dr. JC
