Hi. I feel constipated I get the urge to go poop and only liquid comes out a light brown color looks like mucus and a couple times a day one or two pieces of poop come out but round and small. I feel like I need to push a lot out but nothing comes and then I start bleeding from all the straining. This has been going on for bout a month. I ve tried to really increase my liquid intake and my fiber intake but it doesn t seem to matter. I took milk of magnesia 5 days ago and the next day I went 3 times tons if stuff came out I felt way better but then that evening my stomach was hurting and I had a lot of gas. This has happened before it usually happens in the winter and the beginning of summer but it never lasts this long I feel like I m trying everything and don t know what to do. I m getting nervous that it could be something serious. P.s. I have NOT had a temp this whole time.
