Why Is Child Unable To Have A Bowel Movement Or Proper Urination?

my son not passing urine for last 20 hrs, he is suffering lot still, by the birth day he getting suffering different discusses very first day of his birth he not passing stools, now doctors saying his liver had hole in the motion dark brown colour last 20 hrs not passing urine what i can do? now his stomach also become big in the size.

I really appreciate your concern, if the water intake is less then there may not be formation of urine and same would for stool, if the water intake is normal then it is advisable to get done the ultrasonography for kidney status and biochemistry test for creatinine, just to rule out the renal pathology, you have not mentioned the age of your son, else something better could have been thought hope this information helps.
