Hi

Do not take tension.

If any local causes like ulcer, denuded skin etc are seen, emollients like vaseline/ petrolatum will do.

Be sure that she does not take spicy food and add plenty of fluids and fibres in her diet to ensure that she passes soft stools.

Fluids like water, juices, coconut water, soups and fibres in the form of fresh fruits and vegetables have to be taken.

If she has habit of itching, you may deworm her. As excessive itching would have denuded the skin resulting in burning sensation. Deworming can be done with a single dose of Albendazole tablet 400 mg.

Hope my answer helps.
Best wishes!
