Why Is Duphaston Advised During Early Pregnancy?

I HAVE PREGNANT NORMALLY AFTER 8 YEARS.FIRST DOCTOR TOLD TAKE SUSTEN 200MG FOR ONE MONTH IN MORNING AND NIGHT.I TOOK THIS ON 11 DAYS.AND I CHANNELED ANOTHER DOCTOR .HE TOLD TAKE DUPHASTON 10MG FOR AGAIN ONE MONTH ONE TABLET FOR ONE DAY.BUT I ONLY TOOK DUPHASTON FOR 20 DAYS.BECAUSE I HAVE TOOK SUSTEN 200MG FOR 11 DAYS EARLIER.SO DO I NEED TO TAKE DUPHASTON FOR ONE MONTH.

Duphaston contains contains synthetic progesterone. It is indicated to be taken for supplementation of natural progesterone.
Its intake would help in the process of implantation of a fertilized ovum and then prevents miscarriage with continuing the pregnancy.
