Why indigestion cause dizziness and spinning ?
I am 56 years old. Since when I was very young,
Every time I have indigestion, I have these symptoms. I am 5 feet 7 and I weight 120 lbs.
The spinning is so severe, I can not get up. it last 2 days. and goes away.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Dizziness and indigestion can have a connection as the cause of both is the same.
Indigestion cannot directly cause spinning.
Since you are 56 now and have these problems for a long time I would advise you the following:
• Get an opinion of an ENT so that vertigo can be studied well, investigated to find the cause by CT and MRI of the ear and brain. Once the cause is found, get treated appropriately.
• It is possible that the vertigo causes anxiety and stress which in turn causes aerophagia and thus indigestion.
• Yet to be on a safer side it is better to get clinical evaluation by your doctor or a gastroenterologist for indigestion, upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy, stool tests, and other tests as required.
• If the cause is found get it treated.
