You may be suffering from some infection that can be Epididymitis.It causes pai and burning during sperm discharge.Epididymitis usually gets better by antibiotic treatment.You may need pain medications and anti inflammatory drugs.Visit a doctor and get a physical examination done alongwith a CBC ant test for clamydia or gonorrhoea.
