first of all congrats madam. you are absolutely normal. in the first two months u will not notice much difference except for some morning sickness. coming to your stomach size, u can notice increase in your stomach size only after 12 weeks. By the end of 20th week stomach size comes to umblicus. Dont worry u will gradually increase in your weight. have regular antenatal check ups. Ok then all the best.

General & Family Physician Dr. Prahlad S. Patki's  Response
Madam, hearty congratulations. Now you are pregnant, you need to pick up patience. It is normal to loose bit of weight because of nausea and hence poor eating. Your doctor will tell you about diet and your weight will increase. Your doctor will also advice you an USG which will rule out any pathology , if any, do not overlook regular doctors visit. By 4th month of pregnancy, you will notice abdominal size but others will be able to notice it by end of 5th month.
Best luck and enjoy your pregnancy.
