Why i am not able to get an erection ?

Hi my name is John I am a 20 year old male, My problem is i cannot get a erection , and when i do it only last for so long, I just met a new girl and i like her a lot , i am always thinking about it so when the time comes i fails under pressure . I smoke regularly, i do not drink a lot , and i have used drugs in the past, i was wondering what could the problem be cause when i was younger i did not have this problem one bit?

dear john,thanks for choosing health care magic.I think you do not have any major could be performance anxiety or some stress leading to this.Too much smoking can be harmful in long run.Ask your partner for help.Go for more time in foreplay and just relax during the act,avoid haste.You can use condom which will prevent direct contact will help in this problem also.still if this does not work talk to your doctor.
