Why Head Spins While Applying Pressure On Dent Of Skull?

I hit my head with the wall 5 years ago and this caused a dent in my skull. I did not check with the doctor then. I am perfectly fine but when I apply pressure on this dent, my head spins and I feel weird. I was just wondering what could be the problem? Is it a big problem?

You have no problem that is really good. But on touch if your head spins there may be some swelling underneath or some nerve or vein compression Should be checked for. Consult the neuro physician.
