Hi Rajeev, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
You haven't mentioned how old is your Brother? How did he sustain head injury? Is he in the ICU? Your Brother is in a Comatose Position is a state of prolonged unconsciousness that can be caused by a variety of problems including traumatic head injury. Even after surgeries, Comas seldom last longer than several weeks. If he is not responding there, may be you can discuss it with the Doctors there and take him to a Neurocenter only if he is capable of traveling. The Doctors attending to him there will be the best guide to you. He needs to be attended by a team of Neurosurgeons and Neurologists. He will need repeated CT and MRI scans and Electroencephalography (EEG). An EEG measures the electrical activity inside the brain, to know his brain status. The Doctor's team there at Neurosciences department, are absolutely wonderful. They will regularly monitor his Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) and Kindly have faith and patience. Speak to the Doctors and keep yourself updated regarding his health status.

I Wish him Good Health, Good Luck, Take Care.
