I stopped taking Marvelon at the beginning of September, I had a withdrawal bleed but have not had a period since. I have had negative results when I have taken pregnancy tests. And have no symptoms of being pregnant.
Is it possible to be pregnant?

Marvelon is combined pill which contains estrogen and progesterone. It is used for several conditions like menstrual disturbances and contraception. As long as you use it cyclically, you are supposed to get withdrawal bleed. If you do not get periods after discontinuation of the pill, you have to undergo hormonal profile and an ultrasound to find out the cause.
