ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi , after septoplasty, post op congestion can cause ET dysfunction.
If I were your treating doctor, I woukd have prescribed decongestant tablets and nasal droos. Asked to do valsalva exercise daily, would have got audio logical ET function test done to detect any other problems.
