Why Don't I Lose Weight Even After Working Out For Half An Hour Daily And Eating Very Less Junk Food ?

Read your prob, you should rule out the cause of it by getting blood test for thyroid profile as this is common cause of weight gain. if you find it normal ,then you should avoid fatty n spicy diet, start heavy breakfast like lunch, you should take fiber riched n protine riched diet. take 200ml of liquid n one plate of salad before meal. after this trial you will feel change.
