General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi,thanks for query. There might be some nerve compression which can lead to this.In this case the tests will be normal. At your age chances of nerve compression due to cervical spondylysis is common. At some cases deficiency of vitamin b complex can also lead to this. Please take second opinion from an orthopedic surgeon.
wishing you good health.
