Why Does The Vein In My Inner Elbow Feels Tender And Painful?

I started having a soreness or pain in my right armpit, the next day it continued into my bicep and is now runs to my inner elbow. It appears that is is the vein in my inner elbow that hurts, its very tender. If i try to extend it its sore should I be concerned, im pretty healthy and work out, eat very clean.

Hi. It could be Lymphangitis or a swelling of the lymph channels from the arm to the axilla or armpit. This can explain the pain and swelling in the area. Vein swelling dose not usually cause any problem. You should see a Doctor and you might require antibiotics. It should be alright in 5 to 7 days. Take care.
