Why does the vagina pain during urination in spite of not having sex ?

Hi. Im 32 year old, I haven t had sex for 5 years and recently im having burning and painful vagina. It feels like after I had my son, very painful to sit. It also burns when I pee. I had a yeast infection before this does not feel like it. It is itchy sometimes but no discharge. Its so painful to pee, wipe sit on a toilet seat or just sit in a chair. What is it?

Hi,
Pain may be due to valvo-vaginitis, which needs treatment with medicines. Please consult your gynecologist who will have to examine you and determine the line of treatment accordingly.
