Hello,
Thanks for letting us know your health concern. Bulky uterus means the uterus is enlarged , larger in size than the normal, in volume and thickness. This can be seen when there is child bearing in the past, with endometrial hyperplasia or polyps, with adenomyosis, myomas and other neoplastic growths etc. Bulky cervix is often seen in association with an unhealthy or previously traumatized cervix as with past child bearing. Polyps of the cervix are another cause. A clinical experience should be correlated with the sonogram report and further management planned to take care of your painful ovulation and scanty periods. Hope this helps.
