Why Does The Incision On My Breast Become Sore And It Ruptures And Drains Post Breast Cancer?

I recently had breast cancer surgery and breast reduction at the same time. My cancer was in Stage 1. I am now taking radiation. Even before my radiation started, the breast that I had my cancer removed from will drain. It starts out with pain and soreness, then the incision site will rupture and drain. Any idea why this may be happening. This is about the 4th time this has happened. This last time it happened, it was in a different site in the incision. This last time the drainage place was about the size of a pin head. Last time, it was the size of a pea.
