Why Does The Boy Lose Conscious After Having Pain I Left Part Of Chest ?
there is a boy of age 11 years having pain in left part of chest after 10 to 20 second he become unconscious then after 5 minute he become normal. this will happen 5 times in a day. all test including ECG are normal. advice me which disease the boy might suffer.

You have to consider the possibility that the boy is malingering or functional. But before branding the condition as functional we must exhaust all possible causes for the presenting symptoms.
Since you have ruled out cardiac pathology, it will be a good idea to rule out any neurological pathology as well. In addition I would suggest echocardiography if not already done.
