Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I ve have chest pains every time I m active doing things. I don t think it s the kind when you have angina. I m not short of breath, but I have to stop whatever I m doing and take a few minutes. I also have it when I get stressful or too excited. My pains are not real painful and my shoulder and arm usually feel same way. I ve had this happening to me since 2010.
Hi, I read your query and understand your concern As you are suffering these symptoms for a long time and its characteristics don't lead to heart suffering Anyway I would reccomend to get examined by a near doctor and maybe do cardiac enzymes (CKMB or tropinine) or an electrocardiogram If those are normal you have absolutely rule out cardiac problems Then the most possible diagnose is fibromialgya (muscular disorder) or anxiety disorder Those are both fully treatabke so you don't have to worry too much In that case you can use pain killers and anxiolitics for some days Be carefully with your diet, avoid caffeine and energy drinks Use chamomile tea oftenly Hope my answer has helped you Best regards Dr Drilona Kenga Cardiologist
