Why Does Nausea And Dizziness Occur?

Yesterday I woke up very dizzy and nauseated, I only vomitted green. I felt dizzy for the good part of the morning and vomitted three more times. This morning I felt dizzy and vomitted green again. I feel better now but I would like to know what could be the trouble. Thank you

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,
To have a clear idea,I need to know your age, sex, medical history, any accompanying symptoms like fever/abdominal pain.
Anyhow, for nausea and dizziness,I would consider possibilities like(guess no chance of pregnancy) urinary tract infection(more likely),uncontrolled hypertension,or peptic ulcer disease.
So a BP check up,abdominal examination, and urine examination might explain the cause.
Your doctor will guide you in this.
Thank you.
