Why Does My Throat Feel So Itchy?
i feel continuous itches inside my throat and would have to clear throat deeply to relieve me.
as i feel the itch, i notice saliva rushing out of the region. when i spit out i discover some traces of cough inside it. this has develop to an advance stage that i now feel something like worms moving around my body and i feel pain in my chest muscle too. even the something moves in my lips too.

Hi, thanks for your query. In my opinion, itching in throat, throat irritation, constant clearing of throat is because of allergy in the throat.
This can be treated with antihistamines.
Avoid cold and oily foods, curds, and citrus fruits.
Your other symptoms needs medical evaluation.
