My 3 year old grandson has mucous with a small amount of blood in his stool. He has also been c/o his tummy hurting and his knees and back hurting over the past 3 days. No lethargy or vomiting. He has an appt with his pediatrician this afternoon. What things can cause these symptoms and how worried should I be?
