Why Does My Mouth Smell So Salty Along With Burning Sensation?

I have acute bronchitis and am taking methylprednisolone, creditor, resonators, and profit hat albuterol sulfate. A few hours ago when I cough everything is very salty. Now my nose is burning and it feels/smells like when ocean water is in your nose. I am now becoming more nauseous. Is this something caused by these meds or is it something I should be worried about?
