dear sir, i have leg , pain after urinating, urologist asked to do several test ANA---------- Negative ANCA--------- Negatve Antibody to dsDNA - Postive and counts : 96.6 uI/mL Wheather i have possiblity to develops SLE.. at which age it will affect me since im 34years Pls clarify

Thanks for the query. Anti ds DNA is highly specific for SLE and if you have any symptoms of it then you might be having SLE. You dont have to worry there are treatment options nad ppl do very well if treated properly. Have a nice living
