Why Does My Left Side Leg And Hand Feel Colder Than Right Side Leg And Hand?

hello doctor, . Whenever the temperature gets low my left side hand and leg get colder than the right side and its more felt int the internal rather than externally. What could be the reason for this improper blood circulation. i am also havinh hypothyroidism. and I am 43 years old.

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
I hope your hypothyroidism is well under control.
The possible reason for this is the either the over-activity of Sympathetic activity ob the affected side or less on the other side.
The problem usually lies at the cervical level or in the spine itself. MRI of the spine in cervical or thoracic spine may help you to get a diagnosis and you must consult a Neurologist ASAP and discuss with him about the future course .
