Why Does My Knee Hurt?
This afternoon I hurt my knee when a wave crashed on it. There was a popping sound and I couldn't stand up as the pain was severe. A few hours after my knee started to swell. Is it safe to fly tomorrow.....? I am on a 6 hour flight back home. I am doing the R.I.C.E.

it's looks like you may have some ligament injury. take rest don't give stress on that knee. put some ice. if swelling is increasing go to local health care facility. after 3 days do an mri
