Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Presence of gastro-oesophageal reflux may lead to airway hyperactivity and apneic spells which can cause de saturation.
Discuss this probability with your physician.
Meanwhile Normal saline nebulization, propped up position and frequent small quantity meals will be beneficial.
In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care
