Having a disturbed sleep pattern may be related to work and or social commitment tensions. Try not to take your work load to your sleep. Try to join some centers which will train you to relax, such as transcendental
meditation. Remembering dreams on waking up should not be a problem.
Bleeding gums could be due to
gingivitis or
dental caries. Consult a dental surgeon.
Feeling something has happened may be due to anxiety.
