hi. i am22 but look like a 14 year old girl and that distresses me........ why is it so that i look so kiddish and can i improve???

If there is hormonal imbalance you might have less growth.
Consult endocrinologist for investigation and treatment.
If you are thin and weak then go for high nourishing food,
Take more protein,fat and carbohydrate.
More milk,pulses,eggs,meat etc.
Take more green veges,fruits.
Take multivitamin supplements,Iron,Vit A,D,E.
