Why Do I Have Persistent Throat Pain After Fever ?

I m a 15 year old girl, I had a cold for a few days about two months ago and ever since then my voice lets out quite often for no reason. I am also in my school choir and I cannot sing at all because it hurts my throat to sing at any range. Does anyone have any idea whats going on?
