Why Do I Have A Chest And Back Pain Whenever I Stand Or Sit Suddenly?

Hi, I have a question about my heart. Whenever I sit in bleachers or a chair for a while, and then I make a sudden movement to stand up or sit back down I get extreme pain in my chest. Once I hold still for a few seconds it goes away. While I'm sitting I feel pain in my lower back. Is it related?

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Both may not be related . Also consult a orthopedician as it could be related to spine as well.
Possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more.
You will improve with combination of painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
Also apply warm water pad on affected areas.
Avoid movements causing pain.
Don't worry, you will be alright in 1-2 weeks.
But better to first rule out lung infection.

Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.Dr.Amrut Sindhu.Bangalore.
