Why Do Bumps Grow In Arms And Shoulders After Eating Foods That Contain White Crusty Stuffs?
I have all these bumps I get after eating certain foods they have little white crusty stuff inside them. I sometimes pick them shouldn't but it's habit. I went to dermatologist once he said they were from not being cleanliness. They are only on my arms and shoulders no where else on my body.
