Why Do I Occasionally Get A Cheese Kind Of Object In The Mouth After Waking Up ?

This morning i woke up with an object that looks like a small piece of cottage cheese, but is sometimes tan, it is soft, this has happened a couple of times. i am 13 and i dont have diabetes and this only occurs occasionally in the morning right after i wake up i will get up and feel it in my mouth What is it?

have u diabetes?
cottage cheese appearance is observe very commonly in diabetic patient
better to check ur sugar level
