Hello,
Thank you for the post on HCM,
I have reviewed your history.
You are not comfortable after shifting the drug from Ilapram 20 to Tab Cymbalata.
The symptoms which you are telling are not the side effects of Cymbalata.
Most common side effects are
1.Severe dizziness
2.Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite
3. headache
4.Drowsiness, dizziness, tired feeling.
As your eye specialist has examined your eyes. Nothing to worry you will be alright.
Thank you.
