Hello

You have shivering of hands and insomnia.

First, please quit smoking asap.

Avoid daytime naps.

Follow a fixed bedtime routine.

Associate your bed with sleep only. Donot keep lying idly on bed for read or watching tv etc.

Donot take alcohol tea coffes after evening.

Regular brisk morning walk for 30 minutes and relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation in evening.

Avoid heavy meals in dinner. Take a glass of warm milk.

If this does not help, sleep inducing drugs like zolpidem and ativan (prescription drugs) can help. Tablet inderal can help in tremors.

Thanks.
