there is two possibilities
it may be fungal infection or intertrigo .
u need to consult dermatologist .
never scratch or pick it
trim ur nail.
u need to keep it clean and dry
until u consult doctor ,apply clotrimazole cream twice a day
and take tab cetrizine at night for itching
wear loose and cotton cloths.
