Hi there ma'am.
I presume by unprotected sex you mean there was some penovaginal contact. It does appear that one of the glands along your labia majora/minora have become secondararily infected & you may have a bartholin's cyst. This does not mean necessarily that you have a STD in the classic sense. It could just be frictional aggravated & secondary bacterial infection & this can also give rise to that brownish discharge. It is best that you fix an appointment with a gynecologist nearest you on the ground. A course of antibiotics eg. metronidazole 400mg threet imes daily together with an anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen 400/600mg in a similar dosing all depending on your body weight may just be what the doctor ordered to set things right. Check with your partner if he is experiencing any symptoms. remember these drugs may require a prescrption & do fix up an appt with your doctor. Cheers & wish you a quick recovery & good health!
