Why Do I Have Arm Pain That Relieves Only When Holding Arm Above Head?
Woken up this morning by throbbing pain in my arm. Located it and it seemed to eminate from the tricep region. Particularly close to the elbow. It was unbearable and the only position that gave me 5 minutes of respite was holding my arm at a right angle above my head. Any ideas?
