Why Do I Have Abdominal Distension ,gas Problems And Abdominal Pain?

hello Dr. now im 6 week pregnant, but i have no vomiting . im very tensed because i had missed abortion during last year. now i have abdominal distension ,gas problems and sometimes abdominal pain from different quadrants in different times. is there any problem?
