Why Do I Have A Warming Sensation In My Right Heel?

I m a 19 year old female and for the past week I have had a warming sensation in my right heel. It doesn t occur that often, maybe like once every 2 hours. It only last for about 10 seconds. It doesn t hurt and it s not got to the touch. Curious to what this might be.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The waring sensation could be due to a nerve irritation. This can be related to Vitamin B 12 deficiency also.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
