Why Do I Have A Vibration Feeling In My Leg When At Rest ?

i have something twitching in my leg for a couple of days when im at rest..it is not painful but im am very aware of it.it is like pulsating and feels like something jumping in my leg.what is causing it?

Thanks for the query. If you have no medical problems then it might be just dehydration. Focal seizures might also present that way. It would have helped if u had told me your age, sex and also co morbid conditions. Consult a neurologist if it is persisting. Have a healthy living
